We want you to be happy with HoldPick Pro. If you're not, here's how refunds work.

14-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason or no reason at all.
This applies to both:
- Pro Annual ($12.99/yr) — full refund
- Pro Lifetime ($39.99) — full refund
How to Request a Refund
Email contact@holdpick.org with:
- The email address used at checkout
- Your order ID (find it in your email receipt from LemonSqueezy)
We typically respond within 48 hours and process refunds within 5 business days to your original payment method.
After 14 Days
We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds after the 14-day window.
Pro Annual subscribers
You can cancel any time via the LemonSqueezy customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period. No charge after cancellation.
Pro Lifetime holders
A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment with no recurring charges. After 14 days, the purchase is non-refundable. Your Pro features remain active permanently.
Disputes & Chargebacks
If you encounter any issue with HoldPick Pro, please email us first — we resolve nearly all refund requests within hours. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in your account being suspended and Pro features revoked.
Payments & Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy (lemonsqueezy.com), which acts as our merchant of record. They handle taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax), invoicing, and payment processing in compliance with applicable regulations.
Refunds appear on your statement as "Lemon Squeezy" or under the LemonSqueezy descriptor used in your region.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under your local consumer protection laws. EU/UK customers retain the right of withdrawal as required by law.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date and announced on the project repository. Continued use of HoldPick Pro after an update constitutes acceptance.
